Meet Our New Youth Director, Tiffanie Shanks    Tiffanie is a passionate and energetic leader with experience in youth ministry leadership that goes back to a youth specific ministry she began at age 12. Her journey has been a flux of seasons of intimacy with God and times of desperate longing for a stronger relationship. She comes to First UMC from the West Ohio Conference office of The United Methodist Church where she served by resourcing, training and supporting youth and young adult ministries across West Ohio.

She shares that one of her passions is cultivating and nurturing the unique purpose and call that God has placed in the life of every person. Other passions include writing and speaking. She is a national speaker in a variety of areas that impact youth ministry and as a spoken word poet.
